Goods return policy
Goods to be returned within one week against exchange of items from retail outlet in Sharjah and Dubai. No refund of money will be given for purchases above Seven days.

When you buy from OMPK we want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchases. However, we know that sometimes you might need to return products. This page sets out the policy for when you can return products, and how to return them.
Apart from the exceptions listed below in the “No Refund or Exchange” Products section, OMPK will consider refunding or exchanging products that you return within seven days of the date of purchase. Refunds and exchanges are offered at the discretion of OMPK Management, under the following terms and conditions:
1. You must produce the original invoice when claiming a refund or exchange.
2. The original box and packaging should be returned undamaged and in resalable condition.
3. If you are unable to travel to the store, we can arrange pick-up for the items to be collected.

“No Refund or Exchange” Products
The Department of Economic Development Dubai has stated that the following situations do not provide grounds for refund or exchange of certain goods:
1. If the customer changes their mind after purchasing the item
2. If the item is free from any defect

OMPK Grocery Returns
All our grocery items are handpicked and go through a quality checkpoint before packing and shipping. We ensure high quality and freshness upon delivery. However in some cases if the products are damaged or wrong products on delivery;
1. You can get the item replaced without any additional delivery charges.
2. You can get the refund of the damaged products;
3. If you chose “pay on delivery” option, the price of damaged/wrong product will be deducted from the final bill.
